TRAINEE PROGRAM
TRAINING DETAILS + HOW TO APPLY
Rivet Events is an Atlanta based Wedding and Entertainment company that exists to make memories last forever. We do this through Photography, Videography, DJ, Photo booth and Event planning services that help create a stress-free wedding or event experience.
Going through our training program at Rivet Events is a great way to grow your skills in marketing, public relations, communications, social media, event planning and management, and much more! Our goal is for you to gain professional experience in the work force while growing into the professional you want to become. Our hope is to find motivated individuals who hope to continue with a part-time, full-time, or contracting job post program.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
After the interview process, for two months, you will come into the office and have daily tasks and also shadow the Rivet Events team members. These tasks will help you learn about Rivet Events, get to know the company culture. During this period, you will be involved in marketing projects, social media, client communication, and more!
After the first two months has ended, you will go into a paid period for two months. During these two months, you will learn what areas you want to grow into and shadow in. This might be photography, videography, DJ, or our sales and administrative team.
Every team member is required to be able to work two of our wedding services (photography, videography, photo booth, DJ, and wedding planning / coordinating). During your trainee journey, you will decide what two areas you want to become an expert in, and we will get you on the pathway to learning everything you need to know to be successful! This pathway will help you become a more diverse team member and also broaden your professional and creative skills.
After the total four months of the training program, you will have gained skills within marketing, communication, social media, sales, and creative outlets. At this moment, you will be able to go into a contracting position, part-time position, or full-time position.
